Part of the La Cabana team since April 2009,  originally as Head Plongeur and now as Sous - Chef. Mathew's speciality is our Bread and Butter Pudding.  It is worth a try!

First cut his culinary teeth whilst watching his grandmother prepare traditional Yorkshire dishes in her kitchen in Sheffield.  Darren has rarely left the kitchen since, including a stint alongside the acclaimed Marco Pierre White.
